Proyecto Ossa Morena consists of a package of investigation permits that are strategically distributed along prospective zones of the Ossa Morena Metallogenic Belt in southwest Spain.
Atalaya acquired a 51% interest in Proyecto Ossa Morena’s parent company in December 2021 and subsequently increased its ownership to 99.9%.
Proyecto Ossa Morena includes the Alconchel copper-gold deposit, for which a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate was completed by the former owner, as well as two advanced-stage gold and copper-gold targets – Guijarro and Vicaria.
