In addition, Atalaya has a phased earn-in agreement for up to 80% ownership of Proyecto Touro, a brownfield copper project in the northwest of Spain, and a 99.9% interest in Proyecto Ossa Morena, which consists of a package of exploration permits in southwest Spain.

Since Atalaya Mining is incorporated in Spain, the rights of its shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
As a result of Atalaya Mining’s incorporation in Spain, the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the “Takeover Code”) does not apply to the Company.
However, in accordance with article 10 of the Company’s articles of association, Atalaya Mining will not recognise as a shareholder any person who acquires shares without complying with the rules and requirements as would be applicable under the Takeover Code. Shareholders of Atalaya Mining are reminded that, despite the application of article 10 of its articles of association, shareholders will not have the full protections offered by the Takeover Code.
